Please watch for your alteration to cover the mandatory local taxes of 9%. Once that is accepted, you will receive the codes to enter your condo.

We have a non-smoking condo. No pets are allowed. We just ask that you try to keep your noise level down for the other visitors.

Cancellations

Cancel up to 5 days before check in and get a full refund (minus service fees). Cancel within 5 days of your trip and the first night is non-refundable, but 50% of the cost for the remaining nights will be refunded. Service fees are refunded when cancellation happens before check in and within 48 hours of booking.

The Space

We are right on the Sea Wall at the corner of 61st St and Sea Wall Blvd. Our condo sleeps 4 adults and 2 children comfortably. Recently totally remodeled. Maximum of 4 adults and 2 children. Be sure to have a government ID on hand when you arrive
