We have a non-smoking condo. No pets are allowed. We just ask that you try to keep your noise level down for the other visitors.
Cancellations
Cancel up to 15 days before check in and get a full refund (minus service fees). Cancel within 15 days of your trip and the first night is non-refundable, but 50% of the cost for the remaining nights will be refunded. Service fees are refunded when cancellation happens before check in and within 48 hours of booking.

The Space
We are located right on the Sea Wall. Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn are a very short distance located behind us. The beach access is a short stroll up the seawall, about 0.1miles. Our condo will sleep 6 adults comfortably. A maximum of 6 adults. Be sure to have a government ID on hand when you arrive.
Guest Access
We have 3 pools. One of which is the second largest on the island and another is one of 2 heated pools on the island.
